What We Offer
Choose from a range of courses and trips. We offer begginer to advanced training with specialized courses and trips in each location.
Try Freediving
1 day
The Try Freediving course gives you a first quick glimpse into the world of apnea and breath-hold diving. Take the plunge with a freediving instructor in this 1 day introduction course. Continue on to your Level 1 course the following day to get certified.

Non certification
Level/Wave 1
2 days
Complete your Level 1 freediving certification course and learn to dive up to 20m on a single breath. Start with guided breathing and meditation excersices before diving down on the training line. Your freediving adventure begins here!
Maximum depth: 20m
Certification course
Level/Wave 2
3 days
Delve deeper into physiolgy and theory while reaching up to 30m in one breath. This course will teach you everything you need to know to increase your average breath-hold time and training your body to be stronger and more effective in the water.

Training Session
Are you a certified freediver looking to get some practice in on the line? We offer training sessions and provide the equipment and a certified freediver buddy.
Coaching
Want to hone your freediving skills? Sign up for a coaching session with one of our freediving instructors. Including dry workshop and line work.
Trips
Join us on a freediving trip and explore the reefs and marine life around our island. Available for privaye charter and lead by a freedive professional.
